"Q&A was not set up for this meeting" while Q&A toggle activated

Hi,

I would like to add the Q&A tab in my microsoft teams meeting (where I am the organizer), however it is saying that "Q&A was not set up for this meeting". Could you please help to solve the issue>

All users in our environment are experiencing the same issue. A ticket has been logged with Microsoft support, and we are waiting for their resolution.

Hi, we have exactly the same problem - tried with 10 different people in the business but no matter who sets it up, who is attendees, co-organisers, etc, it just shows the "q&A was not set up for this meeting" - whether on the q&a tab in the meeting, in the meeting options panel in the outlook meeting, or in the meeting itself (before or after live).

I've also asked my girlfriend in her business to try and she has the exact same problem, so it can't be anything to do with my business. We're both in the UK - would that make a difference?

It's a crazy problem - totally ruining our potential for large corporate meetings.

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?
