I have registered and scheduled my exam on 27th i.e. today and there was some issue in launching my exam and it is unsuccessful. Now I am trying to re-schedule my exam, but I cannot see that exam details in my portal/profile to reschedule it for next attempt.

I have created account with personal account and also added corporate email address in the account settings as guided in training session.

Could you please look into this once and let me know the next required course of action to correct this.

Thank you.
