Unclear message from Azure

Hello,
I received an email saying, "Back up your data while there’s still time." I didn't cancel my Office365 subscription. Why did I receive this message? As far as I know, all my subscriptions are valid, and I paid for all of them.
I'm also unable to open a ticket to clarify this matter.
Please assist.
