In need of Windows 10 2004 Upgrade assistant OR ISO

My auditors require that I am one version of Windows 10 Pro behind.

Currently I need to upgrade from 1909 to 2004 -- about 200 systems.

I cannot get the 2004 iso from the media creation tool as none of my endpoints have 2004 installed to create the media from.

Do i need to put in a ticket with microsoft to get the download? I used wayback machine to pull the 2004 media creation tool, but as soon as I run it it says there is a new one available and pulls down the H2 one.

Thanks in advance for the assist.

    The only public download is the latest version here.

    If you have a Visual Studio subscription you can download older versions there.

    The latest version is 20H2.
    Your only option is to go to the download page of the 20H2 tool or close.
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

    Or if you have a Visual Studio subscription or possibly access to volume site.
