I would like the object to become invisible again when the user clicks cancel, or to become invisible returning the selected day when he clicks ok

but I couldn't figure out which event to use for these two buttons

Currently Maui's Picker and DatePicker do not support customizing the OK and Cancel interfaces. Could you please provide the platform your application is running on so I can investigate if you can add these events via native methods?

net 7 MAUI should work on android, ios and windows

I had looked at creating a popup where the year/month/day selection is managed

but from what I see creating a popup is quite complex and I didn't want to weigh down the app for this

I'm trying to create something (via cardview) using three pickers (day/month/year) and two buttons (cancel/confirm)
which I make visible when the user selects "change date"

and I make invisible when he clicks cancel/confirm

For adding a multi-platform generic API request, it is more recommended that you post it to the official Maui Github repository to make the development team aware of this feature request

If you want to implement a generic Datepicker with a custom and respond to the button events in it, you can do so by combining Entry and Popup. Fully customize the OK/Cancel method by placing the date selection feature into the Popup page.

You could refer to Maui Popup for more detailed information.
