How can I create daily checklists via QR codes that get sent straight to sharepoint?

I need to create daily checklists for all of the forklifts in our warehouse, I'd like the checklists to be done via QR codes that are sent to sharepoint to collect the data every day. What is the best way to do this?

There is currently no OOTB no-code solutions in your scenario. You need to ask for help from 3rd party SharePoint tools or develop by yourself to integrate QR codes and SharePoint list.
