How to recover back up code

I accidentally deleted Instagram account on Microsoft authenticator app and I have lost backup code in my old phone I need to access my Instagram account I need back up code can authenticator send it to me on my email please help

    Hi Jeah,

    I am afraid if you deleted the App authentication from the Microsoft Authenticator, recovering it is impossible. Look if you have saved backup codes while setting up 2FA account.
