My certificates expired after 90 days, how do I redeem it?

I had received three certificates from passing tests from Certiport (four if you count Associate 2019), which are Word 2019, Excel 2019, and PowerPoint 2019, but just now realized I needed to visit the dashboard to redeem them. Unfortunately, 90 days have already passed, and when I go to the dashboard now, my certificates aren't there (although I have the physical copies). Is there anything I can do to get them back?
