Unable to access the student benefits.

Hello! I am an undergraduate student at IIT BHU Varanasi. I have availed the github student developer pack. In this pack I am allowed to access the student benefits of Microsoft Azure.
Unfortunately, I am unable to access these benefits. It says 'You are not eligible for Azure free account'.

Help would be greatly appreciated!
