I was taking my AZ-104 Exam. Mind you my exam started at 1:45 PM and I didn't get to start until about 2:15 because the proctor was nitpicking every little detail of my testing area like changing her mind about my water bottle. I had to use the bathroom so I dropped a message to my proctor via chat to inform them that I needed to step away to use the bathroom. After some time I started to get really antsy because I was getting no response. By now I had to go to the bath room and still was not getting any response. So I left to go to the bathroom or I would of quite literally peed my pants I was gone for maybe 3 minutes and as soon as I got back the proctor sent me a message telling me it looked like I stepped away and then my test was immediately ended with no explanation or anything with about 25 minutes left. I called the customer service several times and no one could give me a straight answer. Still currently on the line with a supervisor from Pearson and he just keeps repeating the same thing and putting me on hold. He won't even give me a can't believe this is really happening right now. Been studying for months for this and for it to go like this is insane. All I want to do I finish my test or at the very least be able to retake it. Please Microsoft do the right thing!

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
