SharePoint 2019 with Office Online - Picture not working in Office Web Excel

Hi, I have installed & configured the SharePoint 2019 On Premise and Office Online Server. When I open in online excel and trying to add picture to cell. But system wont allow to add and I got an error as shown below screenshot.

Based on my investigation, this error may be caused by the limitation of browser: Most modern browsers restrict the JavaScript interactions not started by the user.

What is the browser you are using to open files in web?

Please follow below article to activate JavaScript in your browser or use IE to open files in web.

Hi Emily. Thanks for your quick reply. I tried using IE edge and Chrome. Already I have enabled JavaScript. But no luck.

Excluding the limitation of browser, it may be caused by the OOS environment.

Due to it is complicated, I suggest you open a service request with Micrsoft to check your logs and OOS environment remotely.
