I am trying to access my Microsoft apps and at the advanced app settings I am requested to sign in to my Microsoft account. When I click on sign-in, it just loops all the time and jumps back to sign in again. I am signed in to Microsoft everywhere else though. Obviously my Windows doesn't work either.
Clear cookies and cache of your browser and recheck.
If that doesn't work, try a different browser entirely.
Sign out from all Microsoft accounts.
Open Control Panel > Credential Manager > Remove all Microsoft-related credentials > Restart > Try signing in again.
