I can't access my Microsoft apps. It asks me to sign in but loops all the time

I am trying to access my Microsoft apps and at the advanced app settings I am requested to sign in to my Microsoft account. When I click on sign-in, it just loops all the time and jumps back to sign in again. I am signed in to Microsoft everywhere else though. Obviously my Windows doesn't work either.
