Hello,
Currently, .NET 9 for Maui is in preview and has not yet been officially launched. As a result, VisualStudio and VS code for mac do not currently support migrating .net 8 projects to .net 9.
In the future, after the maui is ready for .net 9.0, the official will release documentation on how to upgrade, like Upgrading .NET MAUI from .NET 7 to .NET 8.
