How can I get my Microsoft Certification associated with my learning profile?

I earned a Microsoft Azure certification through PearsonVue that is not showing up in my Learn profile when I login. How do I get it associated? I have a certification id from an email from Microsoft, so it seems it was registered, but I cannot find it anywhere.
