My old Phone Broke, but I need authentication to log in on new phone authentication app. HELP!

How do I fix this? My old phone broke and when I tried to login on my new phone authenticator app it needs authentication number from my old broken phone. How can I ever login to my school account again?

For Work/school accounts you need to contact the admins of those accounts. So in this case you need to contact the school IT admin to help you with this

For social accounts you will need to contact their support teams
