How to get the Certificate on learn portal if only exam passed Transcript is available ?

Hi Team,

I'm unable to view my certificate only the Transcript is available In Microsoft learn profile attached the screenshot for reference. I have registered the exam using my personal Gmail .Please help me to get the certificate details to reflect on the profile
