Azure Database for MySQL flexible server unable to start, It is failing to start after stopping

I am unable to start the Azure Database for MySQL flexible server after stopping it. Below is the error getting in the log

An error occurred starting the MySQL server

Error occurred starting the server 5minutemin-f63705bfa2c9420887863ae4df1bff7e-dbserver. Unknown error.

The Resource Health looks fine as well, & there are no logs i can find.

Which service tier?

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

Sometimes, issues with the Azure portal can be resolved by clearing the browser cache and cookies or trying a different browser.

Use Secondary Portal Link:

If the issue persists, try using the secondary portal link: Azure Portal Secondary Link. Could you please wait for sometimes, this might be an intermittent issue.

If the issue persists, then it will require the intervention of a support engineer to check at the backend what is causing this issue.

The issue noticed it yesterday & tried today to start but still it failed to start. I had stopped the server 3 days ago but couldn't start it again.

It is deployed in South Central US region, Burstable, B2s, 2 vCores, 4 GiB RAM, 128 GiB storage.

I am in Basic Tier.

I tried using different browser but doesn't work.

I tried secondary link, the issue persists. I am unable to create support ticket as well,

I wanted to post the solution on the forum so others can benefit from it.

This issue is due to region capacity constraint. The solution is to open a support ticket to request for region capacity or to continuously contest for the resource until it got released.
