Issue with Start VM on connect

AVD expert question for you.
We are using Two Entra ID tenants.
- Primary Entra ID tenant for AVD & Identity
- Linked Entra ID tenant for VMs
Everything is working well except It's not allowing to setup Start VM on connect even though I have assigned required role to subscription level for the service principle.
Please advise.

- what is the exact error you are getting when starting VM, please share us the screenshot you received.
- Please let us know if you have referred any documentation.
- May I know what the purpose of primary Entra ID tenant and what is linked Entra ID tenant may I know how you have linked Entra ID tenant for VMs.
