How to change the login email address in the microsoft lean profile from work email to personal email

I have created the profile using work email address, i would like to change the this to personal email.

Please let me know how to change the login email address of learn profile.

First create another account using your personal email. login to personal account learn account.Go to settings.In personal info,username,URL tab Go to account management.and then add your work Learn account which you have created earlier.once done evrything will get added to your one single account then you can decided which email you are going to use for account login remember you can add only one personal account and can link multiple work accounts to it.Most important thing is once two accounts are merged cannot unmerge.but can remove the login email from that account .
