I do not have access to the Authenticator, please restore access to it urgently

    As mentioned, no community member can help resolve this. You can try this below.

    If it is a microsoft account contact Product Support with the email address for the affected user. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    For Work/school accounts you need to contact the admins of those accounts. So in this case you need to contact the school IT admin to help you with this

    Surprisingly, the technical support agent recommended that I go to this website for help. I can't create a ticket because my Authenticator is not working. Is there any other way?
