Does this issue occur with Office apps when you sign in this account?
- I suggest you close all Office apps, remove the account by going to Start Menu > Access work or school > Remove that account from your device.
- Then please remove the Office and OneDrive credentials from Control panel > Credential Manager > Reboot computer.
- Sign into OneDrive for a check. Windows may show a "Stay signed into all your apps" prompt, just leave the default settings and select OK.
