Am I eligible for requesting quota, if I have free trial account and currently I am not working in any company. If yes, how to do so?

To answer your query, Free Trial subscriptions aren't eligible for limit or quota increases.

If you have a Free Trial subscription, you can upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

Once upgraded, If you need to exceed these limits, contact Azure Support at any time so that we can adjust your limits appropriately.

Whether you upgraded from an Azure free account offer or you signed up for pay as you go directly, you'll have access to monthly free amounts of popular services for 12 months from the date you created your Azure account.

At the end of the 12-month period, your account will be billed at the standard pay-as-you-go rates. You'll also have access to monthly free amounts of services that remain free for as long as you have an Azure account. Microsoft reserves the right to change or discontinue any of the select free services at any time with or without notice.
