Urgent Help Needed: Lost Access to Accounts After Phone Reset

Question

I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the Microsoft Authenticator app. Recently, I had to reset my phone, and unfortunately, I did not back up the Authenticator app. As a result, I have lost access to all the services saved in the app.

Currently, I am unable to access any of my accounts except for my Microsoft account. Additionally, I have lost the backup codes, making it impossible for me to regain access to my other accounts.

To summarize:

• I reset my phone without backing up the Microsoft Authenticator app.
• I lost all the services saved in the app.
• I can still access my Microsoft account.
• I have lost the backup codes.

I can access the Microsoft Authenticator app, but it no longer contains any of my saved services due to the lack of a backup. I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
