Purview Governance Create Classification via powershell

is there a way to create Classification in purview via powershell script, i'm able to create, delete list collections but API reference doesn't detail much about how to use this api.

i saw that get classification was in entity section of data map, used and i tried many days no success.

    Currently. there is no programatic (PowerShell, CLI or Rest API) way to create Classification via powershell.
