Hi all,

I have tested out something on my Azure Subscription before rolling it out to customer. Unfortunately I got billed.

I wanted to make a refund and I can click on the bill but unfortunately all positions to refund have a 0 Dollar Amount (although the Invoice amount is like 50 USD).

I have a basic subcription and hence can't open a support ticket.

What other possibilities do I have ?

    Hi @Alexander Bromberg ,

the best option might be to open a support case with Microsoft Azure support for clarification.

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
