Hello, I'm following the Azure AI Chat Web App tutorial , and I'm facing two problems: In the "Add an identity provider" step, the Microsoft option is grayed out. I've tried adjusting settings and consulting resources (including ChatGPT), but I still can't make it selectable. Even though I skipped that step and launched the app, I received the following error when querying in Contoso: Error Code: 400 - "Failed to get managed identity token. Managed Identity is not set for this account while encryption key source is 'Microsoft.KeyVault'." Hi @YutongTie-MSFT ,

One thing I can mention that may help your team is that the deployment works when no data is added (no RAG). It is similar to an issue I faced at the beginning of August 2024 where the RAG feature did not work within Azure AI Studio's GUI.
