Issues with Microsoft Identity Provider and Managed Identity Token in Azure AI Studio Chat Web App Deployment

Hello,

I'm following the Azure AI Chat Web App tutorial, and I'm facing two problems:

  1. In the "Add an identity provider" step, the Microsoft option is grayed out. I've tried adjusting settings and consulting resources (including ChatGPT), but I still can't make it selectable.
  2. Even though I skipped that step and launched the app, I received the following error when querying in Contoso: Error Code: 400 - "Failed to get managed identity token. Managed Identity is not set for this account while encryption key source is 'Microsoft.KeyVault'."

Could someone help me understand why I can't select Microsoft as an identity provider and why I am encountering this managed identity issue?

Thanks!
