how do I fix the Import and Export wizard so that I can use Fixed Width columns

When using the Import and Export Wizard for SQL Server Management Studio if I try to import a flat file that has a fixed width the application will not let me view the column or fix the width of the columns. image attached. I have tried full screen and the size of the text does not change. as you can see in the screen shot words are also cut off. User's image

    Did you select "Fixed width" as the file format in general tag? You can also define the column widths and other formatting options.

    In addition, you can try to use Import Flat File to SQL Wizard in SSMS. The Import Flat File Wizard supports both comma-separated and fixed width format files. Refer to MS document Import Flat File to SQL Wizard for reference.
