I have literally used every suggestion I can find in this forum and online. I am signed into my Microsoft 365 family account, but anytime I try to open a Microsoft product (Word, Excel, etc.) I receive this pop up to sign in. I can't continue with the product unless I exit out of the pop-up. If the pop-up appears under excel when I open it, for example, I cannot exit out of the pop-up and it freezes my screen until I go to task manager and stop Excel.
I am on a desktop PC with Windows 11.
