How do I link my Partner account to a billing account to purchase Action Pack?

To Link Partner account to Azure billing account, the user should be a global administrator, and the Partner Center account should be in an Active state. You'll receive an email from Microsoft and in-product notification that prompts you to link your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program Partner Center account to the Microsoft billing profile. Select Link Microsoft billing profile. Alternatively, you can start the process by selecting link Microsoft billing profile. How do I link my Partner account to a billing account to purchase Action Pack?
If you’re already a member of the Microsoft Cloud Partner Program, you can purchase Action Pack in Partner Center. More information is available on the partner website.
