I was charged for services I selected accidentlly, I have asked for a refund but each time I am asked to submit a support request but I am not having any luck, can someone please help?

For my final year project I used Azure, without realising I accidentally switched using paid services, I was only made aware of this after money had been taken out of my account, I have tried numerous times to have a refund issued, but each time I am pushed towards submitting a support request, at the end of the process it says to me to again submit a support request, seems like I am going round in circles. Can someone please advice on how to contact someone for a refund?

    Hello Osman Riaz (Student),

    The only way to resolve issues like these is to submit a spport request. You should be creating a billing support request. They are completely free: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    You need to only ensure the category is billing.
