New Outlook create meeting

I had an issue creating a new meeting in the New Outlook. I also cleared the cache for browsers (Edge and Chrome) and the cache for new teams. I ran SFC, and then ran cmd command Dism health restore. It did not work.

are you able to create meeting on OWA and reflect to New Outlook?
