M365 Admin Search & Intelligence Connection 'Display name' not an option

We are in a GCC environment and licensed with G5.
Microsoft 365 Admin > Search & Intelligence > Data Sources > Add
When at the Add New 'name' Connector step 1 for Name & ID under Create a connection name & ID, we only have the 'Name' field appearing and the option to add description.
In all Microsoft documentation, there should be an additional required field for 'Display name'.
We are having issues creating connections and have isolated the issue to this field not being available. Does anyone know if this is a limitation of GCC?
