Identity Validation Request has been "in progress" for over 14 days

We would like to use Azure Trusted Signing to replace current EV Code Signing certificate from Sectigo. We've created the Trusted Signing account and created request for public identify verification on 8/28.

During the process, we've been asked and uploaded the domain purchased invoice and WHOIS record.

My company was founded in 2014 and has been a Visual Studio subscriber ever since. Below is the Identity validation id: c8286f35-bddf-42dc-93de-888aa8194393.

Our old certificate is about to expire and would like to know if anything we can do to speed up the process. Thanks.
