    Hi,@Li, Zhang Leslie. Welcome to Microsoft Q&A. 

    First open the run dialog box with Win+R, then enter services.msc and confirm.Picture1

    Then find Windows Update in Services.

    Double-click to modify the configuration, change the Startup type to Manual, change the Service status to Start. Once the modification is complete, Apply and OK.

    Finally, restart your computer.
