How to post a question without getting auto-banned?

I'm creating a new question, copying it from another place, as suggested and it gets auto-banned. Maybe the AI revolution is happening too early and you need to teach it first, before launching in the wild? Fail fast - is that a new moto of MS?

This question is getting auto-banned. I even removed a brand name that may be seen as a competitor, but no avail.
