teams is not updating under local administrator profile and from scanning it is reporting as vulnerabilities.

You've probably already tried uninstall reinstall, but you might need to perform a clearing of the Teams directory before it will allow you to update.
Uninstall Teams App
C:\Users\Username\AppDatat\Local\Microsoft\Teams and delete it for each user profile.
Remove Reg keys HKEY_Users\username\software\Microsoft\Teams
Then reinstall from the website

Agree with above said. You could also Try manually updating Teams. You can download the latest version from the official Microsoft Teams website and install it over the existing installation.
Hi , We are talking for more than 500 users so this is definitely not an option.
You can create a PowerShell script to perform the tasks I mentioned I believe. If you have Intune enabled on those devices you might be able to perform the upgrade from there as well.
