Hello,

I have a stock Dell Optiplex SFF 7010. Every time I play music or try and join a meeting meeting the audio is lagging and cutting out.

Here are the specs:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14500

Memory: 16384 MB of RAM

Graphics: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770

I have tried installing a new audio driver (Speakers (3- Realtek(R) Audio)) but that did not help. I have updated the firmware 1.3.1. I have tried uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it. Any help you can offer would be
