I've suddenly started having issues with the Assistants API. When I call CreateRunAsync, I receive an error message stating that a run already exists for the thread. This method is called immediately after CreateThreadAsync is called, and it has been working in published code up until now. Was there a recent change in Azure OpenAI Service?

Can you also share the complete error log? Did you make any other changes to the existing code?
What is the API version are you using?
