I have been having problems with registering my phone with my company. The intune app simply says, "Not in Compliance".

Helpdesk and I have gone through the list that might contribute to non-compliance, and have completed everything. I'm running on Pixel 9, Android 14, security version Sep 5. Goole play system Jul 1, build number AD1A.240904.004

@Avin Tan, Thanks for posting in Q&A. For the affected device, please firstly check which setting is not compliant. Please go to Intune portal, find the affected device, click it, click Device Compliance and find which policy is not compliant.

@Avin Tan, Thanks for the reply. For this non-compliant setting, it means the setting "Mark devices with no compliance policy assigned as", under Devices-> Compliance->Compliance Settings is set as Not compliant. When this security feature is on. Devices without a device compliance policy are considered noncompliant.User's image https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/protect/device-compliance-get-started#compliance-policy-settings

To fix this, we can choose either of the two options:

Option 1: Create a compliance policy and assign to this device or user.

Option 2. Set "Mark devices with no compliance policy assigned as", as Compliant.

You can ask your IT admin to do one of the above option to fix the issue.

Hope the above information can help.
