Linux Server, Windows 10 Update Propogation

Is there a way to setup my Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS, to automatically download Windows 10 updates, and propagate through my local network, through Windows 10 Delivery Optimization?

    You can create your own repository with the approved updates and packages you allow on your network. Essentially thats the same as WSUS.
