How to fix problem with gpt-assistant where nothing for thread is received?

Hello. I am using gpt assistant to make file search for pdf files. The model is of the assistant is gpt-4o-mini and the api version is '2024-05-01-preview'. It was working fine until yesterday, but today there is a problem. When I create the thread with the file, there is not a response nor error message and after 5-6 minutes I receive stream timeout from python. What is the problem?
