"ctl" key stuck on azure vm

hello all,

I have a coworker who uses a laptop to connect to an Azure Windows 10 vm (regular vm not an AVD/VDI.) She uses the built in keyboard. All the keys work fine outside of the vm. When she accesses the vm it acts as if the "ctl" key is stuck/pressed. Is there any way to test or trouble shoot this issue with in the vm?

Thanks all

    @Rob O

    Try this solution on the VM to see if it resolves the issues.

    To fix the problem press these six keys one after the other:

    Left Shift, Ctrl, Alt, Right Shift, Ctrl, Alt

    Hope this helps. Let me know if you are still having issues or need further assistance.
