Windows 10 Upgrade error - 1809 to 2004

Question

Hi All,

I am trying to upgrade 30 laptops in which i did a upgrade via SCCM CB 2006, out of 30, 20 got success and remaining got at below error. Could anyone suggest how to fix this please

Try open start in the affected system and search for feedback and open Feedback Hub app and report this issue and make sure share all relevant log files.
Try update drivers in those devices and see if problem persist?
You may try run a test like take a note of all installed driver and uninstall them and then attempt to upgrade Windows and then run Windows Update and all drivers.
