Not receiving Canva verification email at work address

Due to the multifactor authentication on Canva, my work administration requires an email to be sent. I don't have access to the administrative features that other solutions offered within this forum have. I have ensured their email was marked "safe" and have not had any issues receiving their verification code emails until last week when trying to log in on another device. I've followed Canva's FAQ and troubleshooting issues (checking spam, browser extensions, filters, etc.) to no avail. Thank you in advance!
