The authentication methods are the ways your users sign into Microsoft Entra ID. In the most recent update, the 'Alternate phone' feature now allows only one number per account. Is there a way to use the same phone number for multiple accounts?

Simple answer is No, Microsoft Entra ID does not allow the same phone number to be used across multiple accounts for security reasons.

An alternative may be to use the other as a B2B guest account
