Azure Open AI GPT4 with vision causes content filtering for normal images

Hello!

We are having issues with the content filter using vision capabilities of Azure OpenAI, for some reason, our documents are getting filtered due to random categories such as violence and sexual. But sending a sample document page containing only a piece of the Lorem Ipsum makes the filter pop up. In our scenario we are extracting PDF pages and sending each page as an image to the model and it should only do OCR.

Any way around this? We tried sending the form to remove the content filter but we got declined.

Due to our app being in the Medical field it is normal that sexual topics arise.

We have already setted the filter to the highest setting, but still we see these issues on vision.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I can understand that due to you are inputting PDFs for Medical field so that may be related to sexual topic, have you tried to change your content filter level in Azure OpenAI Studio as below screenshot -

Hello Yutong, Yes, our filters are already set to the highest setting. We got declined on the petition to enable us to disable filters due to us not having a managed account. Is there another solution? Vision seems to have lots of false positives on plain text

Hello Yutong. Yes we already setted the filter to the highest setting but still getting lots of false positives on plain text. We tried getting accepted on the option to disable filtering at all but we got rejected only because we are not managed customers and that Microsoft isn't accepting new managed customer. So that means that there is not way of disabling it.
