Issue with Purview client side auto label not prompting for credit card and SSN number

I created a client side auto label based on SIT (ANY) of SSN (medium instance count and ANY), credit card number (Hight, instance count and ANY). However, when I tried entering credit card and SSN numbers from a fake ID generator, the auto label did not prompt. I have DLP for the same SIT, and it seems to be blocking the email received by an external user. Therefore, I do not believe the issue is with the fake ID or SSN.

Hi, From what I've understood, you're testing the SSN presence in a doc/xls file using Winword/Excel. But do correct me if this isn't the case.

Presuming the above scenario, If the Label is published, and all your office clients across PCs/Users see the same behaviour of the label not applying, do review the Office versions which support Labelling. These Office versions are documented here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/sensitivity-labels-office-apps#support-for-sensitivity-label-capabilities-in-apps.
