How do I create a Live Shared Contact List?

I am trying to create a shared distribution list for my team that has all of the contacts for all of the other companies that we work with. I want everyone on my team to be able to add contacts to this list and share this list with others. I also want this list to sync to everyone's iOS mobile outlook app (or another app) so that they all have easy access.

I seem to have gotten close to a solution. I created a new contact folder and shared that folder with my team. They are able to view/edit these contacts on their desktop app. HOWEVER, I am the only one able to view these contacts on my iOS mobile Outlook App. The same email that invited my team to the contact list on their desktop apps shows as a calendar invite on their mobile app email and doesn't link to anything.

The shared contacts being available on our mobile devices is extremely important for us.

Has anyone else had this issue and been able to solve?

You can create a shared mailbox and create a list to add the contacts you need to share in the shared mailbox. Then add the shared mailbox to Outlook for IOS. More information:
