Q & A is having issues at the moment, and what you are seeing is one of the symptoms. Once things are back relatively to normal, you should see filtering work as it did before.

It used to be possible to select a "my content" filter. That filter no longer seems to be available for any of the tags that I follow or for all questions. Is this just breakage or has the site changed?
