The Change Data Capture (CDC) feature in Azure Data Factory (ADF) is currently in public preview. Note: The ADF product team is targeting to make the CDC feature generally available (GA) soon. And once the feature is available I will update this thread.
Regarding service general availability, I would suggest to keep an eye on Azure updates.
Azure updates provide information about important Azure product updates, roadmap, and announcements.
